AcumenADR LLC is a shared services platform that supports the independent practices of Noah Hanft and Richard Ziegler. AcumenADR provides office, internet and other facilities and services to Messrs. Hanft and Ziegler in connection with their work as ADR neutrals; it does not provide services, legal or otherwise, to any client, customer or any other person, including participants in arbitrations, mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings in which Mr. Hanft and/or Mr. Ziegler serve as arbitrators, mediators or in other capacities.
